I cover ten wild edible mushrooms and plants you can forage in the spring. I share identification and foraging / hunting tips on how to forage these wild edible and medicinal. I foraged these mushrooms in the southeastern region (north carolina, tennessee, south Carolina, georgia, Virginia), but these information is also useful for the Northeast (New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire) and midwestern ( Oklahoma, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Kentucky) forests as well. I also practice bushcraft / wilderness survival skills to cook and brew the plants.
