Ford No Start / Flashing Park / Stuck in Park FIX

On this 2013 Ford F350, we have a faulty transmission range sensor / neutral safety switch causing a no start / stuck in park problem. The solution is replacing the sensor, and I also show how to override the shift interlock manually in case you are stranded with this problem.
