This upper body strengthening based on power yoga flow will help you get to the forearm stand (Pinchamayurasa) and also improving shoulder mobility and flexibility. There will be warming up, core and shoulder strengthening flow combining with repetitions and the tutorial part explaining the alignment of the body in forearm stand including the entries to the pose and finding the balance.
