In this video i rebuild a forklift axle after continually being run with not enough grease, oil lite bushes were put in instead of the standard needle roller bearings in hope they might be more resilient to lack of grease. The holes in the steering arms were also reamed out to take a more standard size rose joint.

I also repair the frame on a Sumo mixidisc packer roller that had torn out the mounting bracket. I cut out the damaged area, cut out a new plate and pressed to shape. The new plate was then welded into the frame and a new mounting bracket was cnc plasma cut out and welded back on, an extra gusset was also added to help strengthen and take out any sideways flex.
