I recently discovered this restaurant that although open at Bengaluru Airport City for a few months now, is largely unknown to food lovers in the city. Fronted by a veteran chef with a creditworthy reputation for North Indian cuisine, the food at Maa Da Dhaba certainly delivers. From punchy kebabs to silken dals and robustly flavoured curries and kadais, there is a popular selection of Sino Indian fare on the menu too. What also adds to its appeal is the pleasant drive to get here and its location only a couple of minutes to the airport terminal but yet far removed from its bustle. Definitely check it out, and yes, at prices that are quite honest too.
