Kimbap is my favorite yet most enjoyable food.
Kimbap has both rice and side dishes inside, which is why this food is so wellbalanced.
The reason why I don’t get tired of this food is because the flavor will change depending on what’s inside the kimbap.
Today I will add different ingredients, making four different types of kimbaps.
■ Ingredients:
1. Burdock 400g, sugar 1T, soy sauce 4T, rice wine 2T, grape seed oil 1T, salt 1/2t, water 100ml
2. Carrot 400g, salt 1/2t
3. 2 cucumbers, salt 1/2t
4. 6 eggs
5. Korean Yellow Pickled Radish
6. Roast beef: beef 200g, sugar 1T, soy sauce 1T, sesame oil 1t, garlic ½t, pepper
7. Canned tuna, mayonnaise
8. Lettuce, sliced ham, cheese
9. 3 bowls of rice, sesame oil 1t, sesame 1/2T
10. Korean seaweed
1t=5ml=5cc
1T=15ml=15cc
1C=200ml=200cc
1L=1000ml=1000cc
