A resume is a business document. Some people try to get creative with it by adding images, colour, and symbols. Often, these elements make the resume difficult to read quickly, and to find important information that recruiters and hiring managers are looking for. Although there are many ways to organize your resume contents, the information you include at the top of your resume should always be the same.
