Witness a midair collision (two planes down) while practicing tight FPV formation flying with three other RC planes using Tallyho head tracker and Motionsic BAG (BadAss Gimbal pan & tilt) in a FMS Zero fighter 1400mm wingspan RC plane. It was a windy day and very challenging to hold tight formation together. Wind also blew Zero off course while searching for the collision wreckage.

Lesson learned: never try to search for wingmen in close proximity, after losing sight. Break away to establish safe separation, then rejoin from lower altitude after reacquiring sight of wingmen from distance. Coming down from higher altitude proved deadly!
