Every year in the middle of summer, the northern bank of the Main River in Frankfurt is transformed into a fairground for the whole family.
It is one of the summer highlights and the only innercity festival in Frankfurt in the style of a fairground.
Sprawling along the northern riverbank of the Main, the Mainfest offers visitors not only a great gastronomic variety but also a large selection of rides, carousels, and games.
This classic folk festival for the whole family attracts several hundred thousand locals and visitors every year.
