Something happened to me on my way to turning 68. I realized... I could get frail!

You see, I'm a smaller built person and I can almost blow away in the wind if I don't keep my structure strong and stable.

Why this change now? I've been practicing Yoga since my mid 40's and it has surely served me well. But, recently I felt the need for more oomphf in my exercise regimen. So, I decided to change things up a bit and add Calisthenics to my daily routine.

Join me on my friend Bill's farm where I take you through 3 short workouts that will make you feel strong and vibrant.

Each segment focuses on different methods of body strengthening. And each segment includes upper and lower body movements as well as core strengthening (which we all can use!). You can do all three, or mix it up by doing one or two of your choice. Try to do one every day if you can!

If you feel your heart beating and your lungs expanding... that's the additional bonus of this great Calisthenic workout! Let's do this!
