Free Camping on the Allegheny Trail / West Fork Rail Trail in WV

This is a free dispersed and primitive camping boondocking area in the Monongahela National Forest off of Forest Road 44 adjacent to the Allegheny Trail and West Fork Rail Trail in Pocahontas County, West Virginia just north of Durbin. This primitive campsite has two fire rings, a gravel pad, and is within earshot of the West Fork of the Greenbrier River. There is no AT&T or Verizon cellular service in this area. Grid coordinates are: 38.57557, 79.82643
