Rotting frames, leaks, render just falling off! Getting Norman's property water tight for winter is the goal! and we are well on our way to doing it.. Very proud of this achievement to be transforming Norman's property with no cost to him. Lifting a weight off his shoulders, and just knowing that he will be in better living conditions is someone that will put me at ease.
