Composition Notebook Cover Pattern Instructions:

Cut fabric and fleece to the following sizes:

10.75 x 20.75 of 2 fabrics
9.5 x 14.75 pellon fleece

Attach fleece in middle of wrong side of chosen outside fabric (fuse or sew)

Add any embellishments to the right side of fabric that has fleece (optional)

Right sides together, Sew 1/4” around all 4 sides of the 2 fabrics, leaving a 3” opening

Press opening edges 1/4”, clip corners then turn right side out

Fold ends in toward the interior fabric by 2 1/4” and pin.

Add a 12 1/2” ribbon pinning it inside the opening by 1/2” (optional)

Topstitch entire perimeter 1/8” from edge with a 3 stitch length
