రాష్ట్రంలోని భవన నిర్మాణ కార్మికులు, గుత్తేదారులు, ప్రజలు ఎప్పుడెప్పుడా అని ఎదురుచూస్తున్న ఉచిత ఇసుక విధానం సోమవారం నుంచి అమల్లోకి రానుంది. ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు ఆదేశాలకు అనుగుణంగా అధికార యంత్రాంగం ఈ మేరకు కార్యాచరణను సిద్ధం చేసింది. తొలుత అన్ని జిల్లాల్లోని నిల్వ కేంద్రాల్లో ఉన్న ఇసుక డంప్ ల నుంచి ఇసుకను అందజేస్తుంది. ప్రభుత్వం రూపాయి తీసుకోకుండా నిర్వహణ ఖర్చులు, సీనరేజ్ మాత్రమే వసూలుచేసి ప్రజలకు ఉచితంగా ఇసుకను అందజేయనుంది
