In this video I discuss the pros and cons of offering "free shipping" (building the cost of of shipping into the price of you products.) We will discuss the alternatives such as flat rate shipping and, my personal favorite, RealTime Calculated Shipping. Free Shipping can be a great tool, but use it wisely and plan appropriately. Otherwise you may end up costing your customer, or yourself, more money.
