SHIP DESCRIPTION:
As the Settled Systems continues to grapple with the everpersistent threat from Spacers, Pirates and Zealots, the demand for combatready ships made available for nonmilitary personnel has reached alltime highs. Lindan Engineering Corporation developed the Freelancer line of ships in a bid to offer a solution to this problem. The Freelancer IIClass Gunship is a medium assault ship with an asymmetric design thanks to its formidable Heavy Autocannon. While these ships aren't the fastest, Freelancer II's feature a dual 800T Fuel Tank set up that ensures exceptional range, even rivaling medium frigates. The landing bay and forward docking area grant direct access to critical ship facilities, including the brig and armory which optimizes prisoner exchange and extraction making these ships a favorite among bounty hunters and freelance mercenaries.

THINGS TO NOTE:
This ship was based off my Starfall build which itself was a FreelancerClass Light Gunship. I liked that build so much, I decided to turn it into a line of ships, with this Freelancer IIClass being the mediumgunship.

I may revisit this Freelancerline of ships to build a Freelancer III Heavy Gun/War Ship. If it works, I will definitely share it with everyone.

The original Freelancer/Starfall build was inspired by the Razor Crest (Star Wars) and the Drake Cutter (Star Citizen).

This particular Freelancer II took a lot of design inspiration from u/Revan1126 's UCCV Acheron build and u/Anarchy_Nova 's Dust Moth build
