My 3 strokes, 3 breathes drill.

Try this drill to begin to bridge the gap in using your hips to initiate the turn for the breath. It’s also a way to practice getting more comfortable breathing to both right and left. This drill is simple but can open up more questions. Watch for more videos as I share my tips I use when teaching breathing. DO practice this on land, too.
