Freestyle Recovery Arm Entry point

Use the side lateral raise motion to bring the recovery arm forward. Let it arc out and around, then slice it back in just past the head, off the shoulder. Bring the elbow forward, not up don’t squeeze the shoulder blades together.
Go Wide and low.
