Well I hate to leave 2022 on a sour note but I messed up. I CRASHED my AC Intruder from Freewing on its second ever flight. I at first blamed Freewing for the aileron detaching, but after a post mortem in the shop I discovered a short caused my me putting a screw through the rudder servo lead. This lead had exposed wires to the metal screw and I am guessing the vibration building from the first few flights worked the wires to were they starting touching the metal. This made the rudder suddenly deploy to the left and I believe I over compensated in a panic causing the stall into the ground . If I had more altitude I may have been ok but this was 15 feet off the ground and I had just given her full take off power.
