1½ cups (170 g) oatmeal.
Pour boiling water over 5 large dates for 10 minutes.
1 teaspoon ground coffee. 1/3 cup (80 ml) water.
6 oz (170 g) cashews soaked for at least 3 hours.
1 cup (240 ml) milk of your choice. I use almond milk.
1/4 cup (60 ml) coffee.
1 tablespoon whiskey.
2.1 oz (60 g) sugarfree chocolate.
Place in the freezer for 4 hours.
