Edit: FOR THOSE OF YOU HAVING PROBLEMS
I am not the developer, please see the dev's discord for help, linked at the bottom of this page.* Make sure to have ETF updated. CustomSkinLoader seems to be causing issues with skins loading ironically, but you should no longer need that mod.
Another thing I should point out, you ONLY need to remove your eyes if part of them are on the second skin layer. If your eyes are only on the first layer, you can leave them the resource pack is smart! Do make sure you download the version of the resource pack that INCLUDES the eyes. Some versions do not.
