Recipe for: Fresh Cabbage with Oven Tomatoes. Light and Delicious Dinner!

Required products:

1 medium cabbage, finely chopped
400 g canned tomatoes, cut into cubes
Salt
Black peppercorns
Red pepper
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 bay leaves
23 small tomatoes, cut into slices
Oil
500 ml. water

Method of preparation:

Pour oil into a preheated pot and add the cabbage. Put the lid on and let the cabbage stew for 78 minutes, stirring occasionally.

After 78 minutes, add 23 teaspoons of paprika. Stir for about 1 minute to lightly toast the red pepper and release aroma.

Add the tomatoes and water. Stir and season with salt and peppercorns. Add the sugar and bay leaves. Stir again and put the lid on the pot.

Let the cabbage stew over moderate heat for about 2025 minutes.

Transfer the cabbage to a baking tray and arrange the tomato slices on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, without a fan, in the lower part of the oven, for about 40 minutes.

The dish is completely ready. Serve and enjoy juicy and delicious fresh baked cabbage.
