HEIDI
Orphan Heidi is five years old when her Aunt Dete takes her to live with her grandfather in the Swiss mountains. The grumpy old man, who is called AlmÖhi by everyone and lives in seclusion on his mountain pasture, cannot do anything with his granddaughter at first. But over time he takes his granddaughter to his heart and Heidi becomes a real child of the mountains. Soon she is herding the goats together with her new friend, Geißenpeter. Heidi loves all the animals, but especially Schnucki the little goat, her bird Pieps and eventually even Josef the St. Bernard. But one day Aunt Dete returns and takes Heidi with her to Frankfurt.
