FRIED MEATBALLS - “KEFTEDES” - STAVROS' KITCHEN - GREEK AND CYPRIOT CUISINE

Hello dear friends... I hope you'll like my new recipe. Meatballs can be enjoyed as part of a meal with salad, a fried egg, French fries or as part of a selection of appetizers! Also, you can find meatballs on a Christmas table!! Enjoy!! Ingredients bellow...

FRIED MEATBALLS “KEFTEDES”

500g minced pork
2 medium potatoes, grated
1 egg
1 medium onion, coarsely grated
1 slice toasted bread for the breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon dried mint
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Plenty of Parsley, finely chopped

Mix well all the ingredients
together. Shape the meatballs
and deep fry them.

Κεφτέδες Συστατικά

500 g κιμά χοιρινό
2 μέτριες πατάτες, τριμμένες
1 αυγό
1 μέτριο κρεμμύδι, χοντροκομμένα τριμμένο
1 φέτα ψωμί φρυγανισμένο
1 κουταλιά της σούπας ξερό δυόσμο
1/2 κουταλάκι του γλυκού μπέικιν πάουντερ
1/2 κουταλάκι του γλυκού κανέλα
1/2 κουταλάκι του γλυκού μαύρο πιπέρι
1/2 κουταλάκι του γλυκού αλάτι
Άφθονο μαϊντανό, ψιλοκομμένο

Ανακατεύουμε καλά όλα τα υλικά
μαζί. Πλάθουμε τα κεφτεδάκια
και βαθιά τις τηγανίζουμε.

Bolinhos de carne de porco Ingredientes

500g de carne de porco moida
2 batatas médias, raladas
1 ovo
1 cebola média, ralada bem fina
1 fatia de pão torrado, e ralado
1 colher de sopa de hortelã seca
1/2 colher (chá) de fermento em pó
1/2 colher de chá de canela em po
1/2 colher de chá de pimenta preta
1/2 colher de chá de sal
Salsinha, finamente picado

Misture bem todos os ingredientes, forme as almôndegas
E friteas.
