FRIED PIES WITH POTATOES. DOUGH LIKE fluff

Good day, dear subscribers!

It took several days until I found the perfect pie dough. I tested all pie recipes on my family. I made one video based on a popular recipe for pies on potato broth, but I didn't really like them. So by trial and error, I found a recipe in an old book, finished it, tried it and knew this video for you!)

Very pleased with the result! I made pies with potatoes. Before this recipe, I thought I was making very tasty fried patties. But no. Once again, I make sure that my old book contains very highquality recipes.

Fried pies, recipe:

4 glasses of flour (600 g)
2.5 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of sunflower oil
1.5 cups (245 ml) of milk. You can use water, but it tastes better with milk.
2 egg yolks
25 g of wet yeast or 10 g of dry yeast
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of corn/potato starch
0.5 teaspoon of salt
300 ml. sunflower oil for frying pies

The cakes are soft and do not tan on the second and third day
