Pablo came to DaVita as a firefighter interested in dialysis. Hired as a patient care technician, he took advantage of leadership programs (such as DaVita Sailing Ship (DSS)) and became a facility administrator. Since then, he’s guided and mentored teammates, helped keep the clinic running smoothly and supported growth opportunities for his team. His caring spirit—from saving lives as a firefighter to improving patients’ lives—burns bright.
