4:20 A clearance is required to cross ANY runway; active or not! In the case of aircraft landing 28R and cleared to exit via runway 523, pilots mast also be aware that this rule requires them to hold short of runway 28L10R while taxiing down 523, even thought they are cleared to be on 523. Pilots should hold short of the ruwnay 28L10R holding position sign, as demonstrated in the video, and wait for proper ATC clearance to cross the runway on 523.
