The deltoid muscles (anterior, medial, and posterior) always come into play when their is any kind of shoulder pathology (frozen shoulder, adhesive capsulitis, rotator cuff, tendonitis, bursitis). Releasing the trigger points at the deltoid tuberosity on the lateral side of the humerus (arm bone) will cause an immediate release and allow more mobility and range of motion into the shoulder.
