Stewing of pineapples

Sugar as required
Water 3tbsp

For Custard
Milk 500ml
Egg yolks 3
Sugar 5tbsp
Cornflour 2tsp
Vanilla essence 1 1/2tsp

For Fruit salad
Mangoes 2C
Seedless grapes 1C
Pomegranate 1/2
Green grapes 1/2C
Apples 2
Banana 2
Orange 2
Orange juice 1/4C
Sugar 2tbsp (optional)
