Recipe:
Fruit yeast water :
Hand full of Grapes
500G water
*At 28c took 4 days to ferment *(shake Every day 2 3 times and release the gas)
Dough Recipe:
300G bread flour
225G Fruit yeast water
6G salt
Bulk fermentation 2 hours 20 min
Proofed overnight inside the fridge .
