FUDGY Brownies With A FLAKY Top | Simple Recipe Perfect Results

Ingredients:
✰ 1 ¼ cup chocolate (I used 100g semisweet chocolate chips, 100g dark chocolate bar)
✰ ½ cup unsalted butter (110g)
✰ 2 large eggs
✰ 1 tsp espresso powder + 2 tbsp hot water
✰ ½ tsp salt
✰ ½ tsp vanilla extract
✰ ⅔ cup granulated sugar (130g)
✰ ⅓ cup brown sugar (70g)
✰ ½ cup all purpose flour (60g)
✰ ¼ cup cocoa powder (25g)
✰ 30g of 72% chocolate, chopped (optional)


Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F (175° C). Lightly grease the pan with butter. Add parchment paper.
2. Melt butter and chocolate over boiling water.
3. Mix espresso powder with water, add to chocolate mixture.
4. Beat sugar, salt, vanilla, and eggs.
5. Add the cooled down chocolate mixture.
6. Sift flour and cocoa powder. Fold.
7. Bake for 25 minutes.


Tips:
✰ My pan is 7x7 inches.
✰ You can use any chocolate.
✰ Roast some walnuts and add it into the batter for an earthy flavour.
