FUEL LEAKAGE During Takeoff lead to Emergency Return. REAL ATC
On December 30, 2023.
An American Airlines Boeing 737 MAX 8 registration N338ST, performing flight AAL1327 from New York John F. Kennedy International Airport (KJFK) to Cancun International Airport (MMUN). Flight was cleared for takeoff from runway 31L and started the acceleration when the aircraft on the ground DAL471 informed ATC that there was a fuel coming out of the right wing of American 1327. The controller informed AAL1327 and they stopped climb at 3000 feet, declared an emergency and returned to JFK.
