Fujifilm XS20!
I make this video as a response to someone’s comment in one of my previous videos, asking me to compare the Fuji XS20 vs the Sony A6700. Mind you, this is not a specwise comparison, rather, it is a comparison from a longterm Sony A6700 user’s point of view. If you need to know the spec comparison, I will put the links for the specs of each camera discussed in this video in the description below. Also, I will mention the specs of the cameras when I compare them as well.

I am basing this video mainly on the build quality, photos, and videos. I want the viewers to understand if you need a 6K video recording device, the Fuji XS20 is the only camera that can do it at its price point. So, let us talk about the rest.

I’ve used Fuji XT4 for about 3 years and I will add some points about that in this video as well. Of course, the XT4’s body style is completely different from the XS20’s body style catering for a set of users. But there are some things I wish the Fujifilm XS20 inherited from the XT4.

For the verdict, I like both the cameras and you will not go wrong buying either of them. The reasons to choose Sony A6700 over Fujifilm XS20 are better Autofocus in photos and videos, 4K 120FPS SLog3 video recording option, faster ONtoShoot time, or the Startup time, Lighter native lenses, huge 3rd party lens support, and upgradability to Fullframe cameras in the future. The reasons to choose the FujiXS20 over the Sony A6700 are the film simulation, 6K up to 30FPS in 10bit internal recording option, 6K up to 30FPS in 12bit external raw/ prores raw recording option, better monitor resolution, joystick, 16bit raw photo capture, and higher shutterspeed shooting option in electronic shutter mode up to 1/32000 of a second.
