What does my full blood work after 1 YEAR on the carnivore diet look like? How was my cholesterol affected? Did I see changes in my blood sugar levels or inflammation markers? What about vitamin deficiencies? Can you get all the nutrients you need by only eating animal products? When I started the carnivore diet in December 2022, I was curious about all of these questions. In today's video, we will look at my most current numbers at the one year mark and compare them to the to the ranges I've seen from months 612 on carnivore (I get my bloodwork done once a month).
