Full Body BOSU Ball Workout
Kai Simon takes you through a full body workout that is going to get your heart rate up using a BOSU ball. This routine will include a warm up, strength series, plyometric moves and a core sequence.

Grab your BOSU and your favorite playlist.

Warm Up
10x BOSU mountain climbers
10x BOSU plank jacks
5x each side BOSU staggered stance twist

30 secs rest

Strength Series
5x BOSU squat chest press
10x BOSU overhead reverse lunge
10x BOSU squats
10x BOSU lunges / bulgarian split squat
10x BOSU side lunge

30 secs rest

Plyometric Moves
10x BOSU squat jumps
5x BOSU forward reverse jump
10x BOSU side steps

30 sec rest

Core Sequence
30 secs BOSU plank
10x BOSU alt knee to elbows (twist)
