A full body pregnancy workout that is safe if you have SPD (Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction), Pelvic Girdle Pain or Pelvic Pain During Pregnancy. We keep our legs together and avoid movements that may cause pain, but get a full body workout in at the same time as moves to stabilize and strengthen the pelvic area to reduce pain.
