As of January 2024, I have lost close to 40 pounds using the same methods I share with you in this video & my transform in 30 challenges

I am here to take you through my body recomposition journey with the hope that I inspire you to work on your fitness and wellness journey.

This is the workout I am doing to help me burn fat as I build muscle.

Workout details:
Warming up: Five minutes inclined walk on the treadmill
Bench press : 3 sets of 6 repetitions
Tbar back row: 4 sets of 8 repetitions
Lateral pulldowns: 4 sets of 8
Back squat: warmup of set 3 sets of 8 and working set of 4 sets of 8
Romanian deadlift: 4 sets of 10

Abs:
Diaphragmatic breathing 3 sets of 1 minute
Flow taps
Bicycle crunches
Birddog
