After 5 years on a carnivore diet, this is what a typical day of eating looks like for me and my dog.

In this video, I take you through what I eat in a day while home and on the go. I also drive into the city and visit a local food market in an attempt to locate some new butcher shops in my area.

This is a typical day, but I don’t include organ meats every day. I eat very intuitively and listen to my body, then eat based on what it is telling me. Sometimes that means more fat, sometimes it means more protein. Sometimes it means organ meats, and sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it means eating twice per day, sometimes only once. I eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m full, that’s it!
