8 carb sense tortillas
Seasoning of choice
Toppings: special sauce, shredded lettuce, pickles, red onion and tomatoes

Press 1/8lb lb beef into each tortilla ans season cook, meat down for 23 minutes. flip and cook 2 additional minutes or until meat is cooked through. Add cheese.

Special Sauce: makes about 7 servings
1/2 cup light Mayo
2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
2 tosp ketchup
2 tbsp pickles, chopped
1 tbsp red onion, chopped

Combine together and store in airtight container
And store in fridge
