Full On Leg Day - With Scaling Options

Today's training was a mix of different Persist tracks that I'm testing. We began with a Hot Start to rev up, starting a new circuit every 3 minutes and resting in between. Then an EMOM of Hip Thrusts into Rear Foot Elevated RDLs. That right there is about 30 minutes of solid, sweaty work that can stand on its own.

But we continued with Structural Balance to work on joint health, strength, and range of motion with some hamstring curls and Rear Foot Elevated Split Squats. Finally, we finished with a Fatigued Abdominals conditioning piece using sit ups, curtsy lunges or cossack squats, and biking.
