Full Squat/ Deep Squat/Primal Squat people call it by different names.
Full Squat is one of the human body resting position. By introduction of seated toilets, heels in shoes and use of chair to sit, we are keeping our body away from Squatting position.
Full squat is important to maintain joint mobility and muscle flexibility. A healthy joint is meant to flex and extend fully. If you don’t use it , you lose it.
benefits are just not limited to joint health , it even helps clearing the bowel better than in a seated position.
So practice this position everyday, to ensure good mobility in your ankle, knee and hip joint.
