G Code - Image to Halftone GCode or DXF - DXF Halftone 2.1 or Halftoner 1.4

DXF Halftone 2.1 and Halftoner 1.4 are related, in that DXF Halftone was the inspiration for the slightly slicker Halftoner 1.4. Both utilities address generation of 'Halftone' GCode in very similar ways. Both create halftone toolpaths using dot or line based methods. Both can generate output as DXF.

DXF Halftone 2.1 comes with detailed readme and source code is included.

Some 'found' video of example cuts is included.

Additional image processing software called 'Reactor' is available at Jason Dorie's site. Reactor processes an image, using a reaction/diffusion system to 'grow' a unique pattern representing the image content. Output from 'Reactor' is a bitmap, that requires vectorisation to create a toolpath.
