Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday held bilateral talks with U.S. President Joe Biden in New Delhi. A statement by the PMO said that the two leaders’ discussions include wide range of issues and it will further deepen bond between India, U.S.

Mr. Biden arrived for the G20 summit in India, where he hopes to seize on the noshows by Chinese leader Xi Jinping and Russia’s Vladimir Putin, to boost Washington’s influence. He is expected to speak with other leaders on the “margins,” the White House said. President Biden was received by Union Minister V.K. Singh.
