The Object 292 is finally here in War Thunder. This T80 has a modified turret to house a massive 152mm cannon to fire an APFSDS so heavy and fast it can punch a hole through a Leopard 2's turret cheek. Weighing 7kg and travelling close to 2000m/s it's the best APFSDS in the game right now.

The Object 292 could be seen as being overpowered in War Thunder. At BR 10.0 it's certainly one of the fastest and well armoured MBT's at this battle rating. This coupled with its insane firepower puts it at one of the better 10.0 tanks in the game.

This was actually a lot of fun to play due to the round doing minimal damage to most tanks it faced. That is unless, you aimed for parts of armor you would otherwise avoid. Just aim center mass of the turret and watch your frags pile high!
