Garlic Red Meat Soup

Material:
Lean pork (small inner muscles) 1 catty
6 dried shiitake mushrooms
Half of spring bamboo shoots
Stock 2500C.C.
A pinch of cilantro
1/2 cup sweet potato powder

seasoning:
A. 4 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice wine, 1 tbsp sugar, ½ tsp minced garlic, ¼ tsp fivespice powder, 4 tbsp cornstarch
B. 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 4 tablespoons of minced garlic, and a little pepper

practice:
1. Cut the pork into 0.5 cm thin slices, add seasoning A and marinate for 10 minutes
2. Soak the mushrooms until soft, squeeze the water and cut into thin strips
3. Shred the bamboo shoots
4. Add 3 tablespoons of oil in the frying pan, add shredded shiitake mushrooms and fry until fragrant, boil in a stock pot, add shredded bamboo shoots and cook together
5. Take the meat slices of Method 1 and dip them in a thick layer of sweet potato powder. Put the slices into the soup and cook, add seasoning B and mix well
6. Take sweet potato powder and add water to thicken it
7. Scoop into a bowl and sprinkle white pepper and a little coriander
