While the events portrayed in our film are entirely fictional, they draw inspiration from historical occurrences in France after the Normandy invasion (DDay). As the Allied forces advanced further into France, they encountered stronger resistance, leading to mounting casualties on both sides. The depicted skirmish in this short film focuses on a small group of battleweary and wounded American soldiers who find themselves separated from their larger company. Seeking refuge in an old abandoned building, their respite is abruptly interrupted when they are discovered by a German infantry battalion.
