Quick video using a Superlative Arms Adjustable gas block to show how you can prevent the adjustment screws from seizing up do to carbon fouling utilizing Antiseize compound. This is based off almost 20 years as a diesel/automotive tech and my experience using antisieze on a daily basis.

There's no way to guarantee the longevity of this but I recommend every 1000 rounds checking the adjustment screw for adjustability. Once it starts you start feeling tension I'd incorporate a servicing regiment to clean the threads and reapply antiseize for maintaining adjustability.
