I have been hearing about drum smokers for a few years now, so after some research, I finally pulled the trigger and decided to go with the Gateway Drum Smoker. Today's video is my first cook, so I decided to go easy and I threw an injected pork butt on the rack, seasoned with Swamp Boys Original Rub. Let's see how it turned out!
