The Gaylord Pacific Resort Hotel and Convention Center will be a new destination resort located on prime bayfront property in Chula Vista, CA. This resort will host 1,600 rooms, multiple restaurants, an unforgettable sports bar, resort style pool, and an array of recreational facilities.

​With almost 2 million square feet of enclosed space on 22 stories and breathtaking ocean views, this project will anchor the future development of Chula Vista’s bayfront. The stateoftheart convention center boasts an enormous openfloor exhibit hall space with meeting rooms, elevated ballrooms, and support areas to host large scale events.

The Gaylord Pacific Hotel and Convention Center is expected to open to the public in Summer of 2025.
