Shopping for dental coverage but confused by too many options? Here at GEHA (Government Employees Health Association) we offer two FEDVIP dental plans, Standard and High. Both are affordable dental plans for Medicare, seniors, families and individuals. Both dental plans also have no waiting period.

Standard
Standard is for people who want basic preventive care and cleanings for the lowest premium. Our Standard plan offers orthodontia coverage for both children and adults with no waiting period. It also includes a $2,500 annual maximum benefit per person when staying innetwork.

High
High offers more comprehensive care, at any dentist, for dental work like crowns, bridges and dentures. Our High plan offers the greatest coverage for intermediate and major dental care services, including an unlimited annual maximum benefit per person and orthodontic coverage for both children and adults with no waiting period. It also includes up to three dental cleanings per year.

New in 2024 for both plans:
Nitrous oxide will now be covered for all ages for procedures in connection with a covered procedure and when medically/dentally necessary. Also new for 2024 is coverage for porcelain ceramic crowns on primary teeth for children under 15 years of age.
